Court order sought to compel disclosure of documents in Jesse Friedman case

Nearly three years after the Second Circuit Federal Court permitted a reinvestigation into the Jesse Friedman 1988 sex abuse case, Friedman's attorney sought a court order Tuesday to compel the Nassau District Attorney's office to disclose their documents and findings, which Friedman's attorney claims has been withheld for three years.
