DA: Baldwin woman arraigned in assault on cops
A Baldwin woman accused of slashing her mother and stabbing two police officers with a pair of scissors was arraigned Thursday on assault charges, prosecutors said.
Michelle Macri, 23, appeared before Judge Tricia Farrell in First District Court, Hempstead. The judge set bail at $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond which had not been posted as of Thursday afternoon, court records showed.
