Freeport man buried again in town cemetery

In an emotional ceremony Saturday, Edward Toppin of Freeport was laid to rest - for the third time.
Toppin's family and friends gathered at Greenfield Cemetery in Uniondale once again to pay their final respects to the 68-year-old husband and father who had been buried in the wrong grave, then moved to the correct one without the family's permission.
