Rockland County arrests 28 in drug bust

Rockland County officials arrested 28 suspects in a major drug bust that involved sales in busy areas, including the Palisades Center Mall, authorities said. The drugs included opiates such as heroin, oxycodone and Percocet, as well as cocaine, ketamine, Ecstasy and marijuana.
