Hempstead traffic stop results in drug charges
State troopers who pulled over a vehicle on a traffic violation early Thursday in Hempstead Village ended up arresting a passenger on drug and criminal impersonation charges.
Jane Fisher, 40, of Whitestar Avenue in West Hempstead, had three bags of crack, three clonazepam pills and two crack pipes, each containing cocaine residue.
