Michael Sanchez, a 21-year-old college student from Hicksville, decided to play Sweet Million - the state's newest lottery game - instead of his usual instant-win games because he liked the kittens pictured on the advertisement.
So he spent $5 on a quick pick during a routine stop for gas Oct. 5 at the Citgo on Newbridge Road.
