A 16-year-old from Ronkonkoma was arrested early Wednesday, joining two teenage accomplices already under arrest in the robbery of two 14-year-olds they had first contacted on Facebook, Nassau County police said.
Alex Feliciano, of 7 Stanley Court, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. and charged with four counts of second-degree robbery. Two accomplices, identified by police as Joshua Dacunha, 18, of 11 Maple Ave., and Brandon Ward, 18, of 32 Tarkington Rd., both in Holbrook, were previously arrested in the robbery -- which took place in Wantagh on Monday at 10:55 p.m., police said.
Each of those teens were charged with two counts of second-degree robbery and were arraigned Tuesday.
Ward was ordered held on $50,000 bond or $50,000 cash and records show he was remanded. Dacunha was released on $30,000 bond, court records show. Both teens are due back in court on Thursday.
Police said the trio met the two 14-year-old victims on Facebook and agreed to meet them to sell them sneakers.
Arriving at the meeting place near the corner of Johnston and Douglas avenues in Wantagh, police said Dacunha, Ward and Feliciano exited a black Infiniti, displayed a black gun and demanded property from the victims.
The victims then were robbed of cash and the suspects drove off, police said.
Police did not say how much money was taken.
After an investigation that included Suffolk County police, Dacunha and Ward were arrested without incident at Dacunha's residence on Monday. Police said a black BB gun and the money from the alleged robbery were recovered.
Dacunha's attorney could not be immediately reached for comment Tuesday afternoon; Ward was represented by Legal Aid, which has a policy of not commenting on cases.
No injuries were reported.
Feliciano faces arraignment Wednesday in First District Court in Hempstead.
