Joey Buttafuoco's going after ex-wife Mary Jo for calling him a "sociopath."
The former Long Island auto mechanic Wednesday will announce that he's seeking unspecified damages against both Mary Jo Buttafuoco and the publisher of her new book, "Getting It Through My Thick Skull," whom he accuses of possible "libel and slander."
