Joseph Beer jailed again in crash that killed 4 friends

Nassau County Judge David Ayers sent Joseph Beer, 18, of South Richmond Hill, back to jail, without bail, on Thursday morning. The decision came after a prosecutor said new evidence shows that Beer, who is accused of causing the death of four friends in a crash, had "absolute disregard for the gravity of the situation."
