Corbin tax trial moved to Feb. 8

The federal judge handling former Nassau Legis. Roger Corbin's tax evasion case has moved the trial date from Nov. 30 to Feb. 8 and denied the government's request to consider removing Corbin attorney Thomas Liotti and co-counsel Jennifer McCann. "I stay as the lawyer," Liotti said Friday.
