Judge suspends state flu vaccine mandate for 2 weeks

An Albany judge has suspended for two weeks the state's regulation requiring health care workers to get the flu vaccine.

State Supreme Court Justice Thomas McNamara issued the temporary restraining order Friday after three separate lawsuits were filed against state health commissioner Dr. Richard Daines seeking to void the mandate he issued in August.
