Lawyer: Taser cop's suicide note shows mental anguish

In Michael Pigott's last words - written in a letter to his wife and three children and dotted with exclamation points - the NYPD lieutenant wrote that he was "sorry for the mess" and took responsibility for giving the order to fire a Taser that caused an emotionally disturbed man to fall to his death.
