LI filmmaker killed in wreck on way home from college

A Uniondale man who made headlines earlier this year with the release and local premiere of a documentary film about Long Island life died after he was ejected from a car as he was riding home from college upstate for Thanksgiving, state police and relatives said Wednesday.
