Police said Roven told the woman, whose identity was not released, that she had a spider on her foot and said that when she kicked off her shoe Roven bent down, grabbed her foot and exposed himself.

Roven was charged with third-degree sexual abuse and public lewdness and court records show he pleaded guilty to public lewdness on Feb. 28, 2012, and was fined $300 -- the victim being granted a two-year order of protection.
