ISSUES: Troiano is proud of being "instrumental" in the development of a $25-million community center in New Cassel and reconstruction of Prospect Avenue. He said the relationships, skills and knowledge he's gained in the town will help him deliver services, including health care and more jobs, to other communities, such as Hempstead and Lakeview. The most important issue is to bring leadership to the district, he said.
