Nassau police are looking for a man who robbed a clothing store manager at gunpoint as she was about to make bank deposits on Monday morning.

Police said the 46-year-old female manager of the Dress Barn in Carle Place was sitting in her parked car at 9:16 a.m. preparing to make bank deposits when an unknown man approached her, flashed a black handgun and demanded she hand over the money.

The woman handed over a red bag that contained the bank deposits, police said. The suspect fled on foot and was seen running south on Glen Cove Road, and possibly got into a light-colored Nissan Pathfinder, police said.

No one was hurt in the robbery, police said.
