Nassau ticket crackdown begins

Nassau County puts wheel boot locks on six vehicles on the first day of its crackdown on unpaid parking or red-light camera tickets. Under the program, a scofflaw is a vehicle owner who has not responded to three or more tickets. Videojournalist: Jim Staubitser (March 26, 2012)
