A North Hills cardiologist was back before a Nassau judge Wednesday to once again deny a charge he had spied on female employees with a hidden camera installed in his Manhasset office bathroom.

Vincent Pacienza, 54, pleaded not guilty to one count of second-degree unlawful surveillance, the charge handed down by a Nassau County grand jury on Oct. 29.
