Overturned car jams LIE traffic in Nassau

An overturned vehicle at Little Neck Parkway near the Nassau-Queens border had traffic on the westbound the Long Island Expressway backed up all the way to Willis Avenue, Exit 37, in Roslyn Heights Tuesday.
The crash occurred at 10:28 a.m., according to the New York State Department of Transportation. The road was reopened at 11:06 a.m.
Meanwhile, traffic crept to a crawl - then a snarl.
