Paterson to order another special session on budget
ALBANY - Gov. David A. Paterson will order lawmakers back to the Capitol next week after yesterday's special session failed to close the $3.2-billion budget deficit.
He also hopes to reach consensus on a bill making it a felony to drive drunk with a child in the car. The State Senate and Assembly are feuding over when a felony charge should be applied.
