Point Lookout man arrested in Long Beach hit-and-run death
A driver from Point Lookout has been jailed on $250,000 cash or $400,000 bond bail in the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian in Long Beach, police said.
Shawn Gallivan, 22, is accused of striking David King, 53, sometime before 3:18 a.m. Saturday and leaving him lying in the street at Long Beach Boulevard and East Broadway, Long Beach City police said.
