One Nassau County man allegedly sold crack to another Monday in Hempstead, police said.
The Nassau Narcotics/Vice Squad and officers from the Critical Incident Rapid Response Team Task Force arrested the two men on drug charges at about 7:25 p.m., police said.
Detectives conducting a narcotics investigation near Terrace and Fulton avenues said they saw Shakymm Dumpson attempting to hand Neal Morris crack after Morris had given cash to Dumpson.
Dumpson, of 590 Fulton Ave., Hempstead, is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Morris, of 505 Seventh Ave., New Hyde Park, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Each is 26 years old.
Each defendant is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
