A Baldwin man is expected to be arraigned Tuesday on charges that he tried to file forged deeds with the Nassau County Clerk's office, Nassau police said.

Police said Danny Noble Jr., 46, of 719 Jay Way filed a forged deed transfer of ownership Nov. 19, 2012, with the clerk's office in Mineola for property on Lincoln Street in Baldwin. The document was also found stamped with a stolen Kings County Notary stamp on the deed.

Noble filed a second forged deed transfer of ownership a month later for a property on Jay Way in Baldwin, using a stamp reported stolen since October 2011, police said.
