Police: Three teens charged in school vandalism
Three Nassau teens were arrested after they broke into a Herricks school, smashed potted plants, then took books and shredded and burned them, police said.
The incident occurred at the Center Street Middle School at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nassau County police said.
