Queens woman faces identity theft charges
After stealing credit cards from her neighbors' mail and using the cards to buy more than $13,000 in merchandise in Valley Stream and other Nassau communities, a Queens woman faces identity theft charges, police said.
Arlene Phipps, 47, is set for arraignment Tuesday on two counts of grand larceny, three counts of forgery and three counts of identity theft.
