Rugby comes to Bellmore-Merrick schools

More than 2,000 middle school and high school students got a crash course in rugby this week when Patrick Laczkowski, the youth development officer for RugbyNY, taught the basics of the game during the physical education classes at each of the five schools in the Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District.
