Sex offender arrested for not registering address change
A convicted sex offender was arrested Friday by Malverne police for failing to register an address change, and failing to notify authorities he had established an email address, Malverne police said.
Charles J. Tuzzolo, 48, of 49 Gold Place, was also charged with criminal possession of a control substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
