Some children injured when school bus, car collide
A small school bus and a car collided in Carle Place Wednesday afternoon, causing minor injuries to some of the children on the bus, Nassau police said.
The bus was not operated by the Carle Place school district, schools Superintendent Michael Mahoney said Thursday morning. Mahoney said the bus was operated by the Acme Bus Corp.
