State's saltwater fishing license plan revisited
The state's controversial new annual saltwater fishing licenses would be replaced by a one-time free registration under bills introduced by Long Island legislators.
The bills, one by State Sen. Brian Foley (D-Brookhaven), and a companion one by Assemb. Ginny Fields (D-Oakdale) and Assemb. Robert Sweeney (D-Lindenhurst), were introduced this week.
