Suozzi to reveal red-light camera intersections

Public safety meets revenue enhancement Tuesday as Nassau County Executive Thomas Suozzi unveils the first of about 50 dangerous intersections where cameras will snag red-light violators.
Suozzi was scheduled to appear at one of the sites, Atlantic Avenue and Lawson Boulevard in Oceanside, to announce that the cameras would begin operation at 12:01 a.m. Thursday.
