Tempelton Group behind $18M fraud, police say

A key figure in the Tempelton Group, a defunct loan modification company, was arrested Tuesday in the largest fraud investigation undertaken by Nassau County police -- an estimated $18 million cheated out of up to 6,000 homeowners in at least seven states, authorities said.
