Walsh brother pleads not guilty on jail break-in
The brother of murder defendant William Walsh Jr. pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges that he tried to break into the Nassau County jail to see his brother Monday.
"I'm quite sure that he's going through a lot of emotional turmoil," said Thomas Walsh's lawyer, Louis Agresta, after a brief appearance in Nassau District Court in Hempstead. "I think anybody would."
