Woman found dead outside Massapequa home

A woman was found dead outside a Massapequa house Thursday by contractors who heard the sound of running water, Nassau police said.
The contractors, who were working next door, heard water spilling out of 27 Ocean Ave. just before 12:30 p.m., police said.
They found the woman, who appears to be middle-aged, by the bushes outside the house, police said.
