Woman robbed at gunpoint in Floral Park
A woman walking home from a Floral Park train station was robbed of her purse at gunpoint Thursday night, police said.
The woman was walking from the Long Island Rail Road station on Hinsdale Avenue and as she passed over Lowell Avenue at about 7:30 p.m., a man ran up behind her and demanded her pocketbook.
