When James Calderone heard over his National Grid truck radio yesterday that Modell's Sporting Goods Stores still had Yankees apparel, the Smithtown man turned the vehicle around and spent his lunch hour picking out baseball hats - the "locker room" cap, the World Series cap and a division series cap.
