On Thursday, June 15, 2017, students, family and friends at the Brookville Center for Children's Services enjoyed a live performance by pop singer Nick Tangorra, of Bethpage, at AHRC in Glen Head. The center's staffers say music therapy is among the ways BCCS, which is located in New Hyde Park, teaches kids with intellectual and developmental disabilities to communicate with each other.  (Credit: Newsday / Marcus Villagran)
