Olives by the Sea debuted in July in the former Sea Cliff home of Once Upon a Moose. Co-owner Malu Ribiero described the place as an “international tapas bistro” with a focus on cultural events such as art shows, poetry readings, musical performance nights.
The place offers outdoor seating in clement weather as well as lunch, high tea and dinner.
A few items on chef Scott Besson’s menu: A prosciutto platter, roasted red beets with butternut squash, blue cheese and roasted walnuts as well as a zucchini and blue cheese soup.
