NEWTOWN, Conn. - Parents attended a forum over the weekend to discuss the fate of the school where 20 children and six adults were killed in a mass shooting.

The public hearing was the first of two scheduled about the future of Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. Many residents are divided on whether students should ever return to the site of the Dec. 14 tragedy.

Some say the building should be torn down, but others argue it should be renovated.

Students and staff have been relocated to another school in a neighboring town.
