Three are dead after a vessel capsized Wednesday night in Oyster Bay waters, police say.

Nassau Police Deputy Insp. Kenneth Lack said a 34-foot Silverton motor yacht capsized shortly after 10 p.m. in the Long Island Sound between Centre Island and Caumsett State Historic Park, near Lloyd Harbor.
