The U.S. Supreme Court takes up the core challenge to the nation's sweeping health care law -- whether Congress overreached its power in an unprecedented requirement that citizens obtain health insurance or face a fine. The decision could have a major impact on the law, health care and the presidential and congressional elections in the fall.
