After half of the absentee ballots in the heavily Democratic 13th Assembly District were counted Monday, the race for Nassau County executive got a little tighter with incumbent Thomas Suozzi trailing by 122 votes behind his GOP opponent, Legis. Edward Mangano of Bethpage, election officials said.
