Oyster Bay board vows law to target day laborers

Oyster Bay town board members said this week they will be passing anti-loitering laws aimed at day laborers.

The announcement was in response to dozens of Locust Valley residents who attended Tuesday's board meeting to demand that something be done about as many as 80 day laborers who congregate for hours near their homes.
