New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg (C) and New York Governor George Pataki join the New York Yankees and their principal owner George Steinbrenner to break ground on a new $800 million stadium in the Bronx. The stadium, which will open in 2009, will be built adjacent to the existing stadium.
