Residents sue Kings Point, officials in land dispute
Four residents from Great Neck and Kings Point have sued the Village of Kings Point in an effort to halt plans to build a 10,000-square-foot public works building near their homes. The suit claims the site is actually parkland and, as such, should not be developed.
