Blakeman will announce for Gillibrand's senate seat

With GOP chances looking brighter these days, Nassau's former Republican Presiding Supervisor Bruce Blakeman will announce on Sunday his plans to challenge New York's junior Democratic senator Kirsten Gillibrand, according to Donald Steinert, who heads Veterans for Blakeman.
