Left out so far, Assembly GOP sets own hearing on LIPA

Left out of meetings with the Cuomo administration, Long Island’s Republican Assembly delegation has slated its own hearing on the possible privatization of the Long Island Power Authority.

The GOP hearing is set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, March 15, at the Suffolk County Legislature auditorium in the William H. Rogers Building, 725 Veterans Memorial Highway in Hauppauge.
