Republican U.S. Senate candidate Wendy Long is holding a news conference Monday to unveil her jobs plan, calling for New York to “get moving” on natural gas and a major oil pipeline, and to repeal the national health care law.

Long accuse her opponent, incumbent Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) of “flip-flopping” on economic issues. Long said she wants to cut business and personal-income taxes....
