NIFA pays tribute to departing member

Attorney Leonard Steinman wasn't able to receive the "Thanks and Good Luck" accolades usually given to departing members of the Nassau Interim Finance Authority because his election to State Supreme Court had not been decided when the county's control board last met at the end of November.

Steinman's November victory wasn't certified until late December because of a disagreement...
