Report: Federal budget "sequester" threatens 9/11 health funds

The James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act faces cuts of $38-million in 2013 and as much as $300 million during the life of the program if Congress does not act to avoid the "sequester" that slashes federal spending, according to a new report by Huffington Post's Michael McAuliff.
