Suffolk exec aide seeks one-year residency waiver
County Executive Steve Bellone’s newest spokesman Tim Ruggeri is seeking a one-year waiver of county residency rules because he currently lives in Brooklyn.
Ruggeri, a $95,000-a-year county executive assistant, was hired away on Christmas Eve from Town of Babylon, where as a spokesman he had been making $71,754 annually — a nearly 36 percent raise.
